I'm having issues with the app on my external Roku

Model Number 4802XSoftware Version 13.0.0:24056
I can stream the after show and other content, but not episode 4-1!
I had to load app on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ and even then I couldn't locate ANY of my devices on the same WiFi network. I had to stream using the DeX feature on my phone. That had to suffice, but it was sub par. Other apps stream just fine. No VPN enabled.

I have a Roku TV and a tv with a Roku stick that neither will update "The Chosen" app from version 2.1 to version 2.6.1. When I check for updates it says they ARE up to date. The app looks updated but it will not play anything below the GIFTS from the tabs on the left side of the screen, when you try to go beyond it throws you out back to the ROKU home screen. It livestreamed fine last night Season 4 ep 1, but now it will not re-play it or let you watch any previous seasons. The answer is not go watch it on Youtube.

We understand that you are experiencing issues with The Chosen channel, and we're here to help.
In order to help you resolve this issue, we highly recommend following these steps:
- Fully close The Chosen: First, completely exit the channel and all other apps or programs running in the background, then try opening it again.
- System restart: Turn off your device or go to Settings > System > Power or System restart (and the modem and router, if applicable). Wait a few minutes, then power back up.
- Uninstall and Reinstall: highlight the channel, press the star (*) button on your Roku remote, and select "remove."
For further troubleshooting, please visit our support page on How do I resolve channel playback issues. If the issue persists after following the steps above, we highly recommend contacting the channel providers directly. Many channels/apps on Roku are created, maintained, and updated by the channel providers themselves.

First of all, Thank you to the entire "The Chosen" team for providing this amazing series on the life of Jesus Christ. As someone with a Master's in Computers (from a long time ago, unfortunately) I understand the complex nature of perfecting an application or troubleshooting another's code. We are in praying for your technical team and for the patience of the viewers. May we all follow the example of Christ.
Hopefully this will provide helpful troubleshooting information. Here is what is happening on my Roku TV with "The Chosen" app.
Any Video stream on The Chosen app becomes corrupted (blocks on screen and then video freezes) after 10 seconds of perfect video. Audio continues normally even after video corruption. If you press reverse/rewind, it will move backwards in 10 sec increments. After a short loading screen, it will start playing again with great resolution. 10 seconds later, it will corrupt again. It really doesn't matter what portion of the video (or what video) is playing, it will only play uncorrupted for 10 seconds. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, uninstalled several other apps to provide more memory available, unplugged the smart Roku tv for several minutes to reboot, and changed the internet from wired (70 Mbps) to wireless (124 Mbps). All without alleviation of the issue. Thank you for your time and effort to provide this free of charge to your viewers!

Yes! I open the app on ROKU. Which is supposed to be more convenient, by getting rid of all we used to go through attempting to “cast it to the tv from the app on our phones. In the beginning, I opened season 4 episode 3, and it started off fine. Then, I had voices, but the picture kept crashing and not moving. The update is current. So, what is the deal?
