Thank you to all who suggested/gave advice about the micro card! It looks like it has worked - at least I will only know if it didn't if I get the message again. But the issue went away as soon as I plugged the card in. Thanks again!
I would suggest going with a name brand memory card, such as SanDisk or Kingston as the generics tend to fail quicker and with those brands you tend to get a lifetime warranty, depending on what model you buy.

I installed a SanDisk 32GB miniSDHC into my RokuUltra 4670X but it still says I do not have enough memory. I have an older LG smart TV purchased around 2015-2017. Could that be the issue?
hz69 The TV will have nothing to do with the memory issue with the Roku. It is possible that the SD card you are using is bad or isn't formatted properly. I would check that and/or try a different SD card. It is also possible that your Roku is going bad. Try doing a system restart or unplug power for 60 seconds and see if that helps as well.
