Camellos there's no way to change the resolution of a TV, any brand of TV. They have a set resolution and that's what you see, nothing more or less. Devices you connect to your TV, such as a Blu Ray player or streaming box, will allow you to set a different resolution. But there's no way to do so on the TV itself. The only way to limit your bandwidth to the TV (and reduce your bitrate) is by using a router that has some sort of control built into it for limited data on specific devices.
