Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you're seeing with your Roku device and all of the troubleshooting you've done.
We would be more than happy to look further into this issue but will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information:
- What Roku model device are you using?
- Does the issue only occur on Netflix or all channels on your Roku device?
- Is there a light showing on your device?
- How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port, or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables?
- Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as trying your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue?

Roku device Model 3930X SN S0132080KJGW
Occurs on all channels and on Roku home page
Light is on
Power via USB port on TV
Switched to HDMI DV1 port and it is working fine now.
