Re: NFL app crashes

Same issues as many other people have had — like this and this and more.

For the last TWO weeks, this has been happening:
Try to load the NFL app... it starts to load and then... crashes back to home screen.

It has been happening on two different things — a Roku TV and an Ultra device.

I've tried All The Things mentioned in other posts here. No dice.

Below are details about the devices including Issue IDs.

What's the fix!?!?

      Hi. Now that we are into the NFL season and Rolu is going out of its way to promote the NFL… what’s the status of getting this app back to working?

      Multiple devices for me. Lots of other people complaining on the socials. 

      as an NFL+ paying member, not having it working on any Rokus in my house is… super frustrating.

    ROKU, please provide a status update, it definitely has not been resolved.  This was posted 9 days ago and I am also having the same issue with every Roku device I own after following resolution instructions on other posts.  I get the NFL loading screen than back to Roku home screen.  Extremely frustrating AND disappointing.

      You mentioned you're having the same issue with the NFL app going back to the home screen. Could you share a bit more info:

      • Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found in Settings > System > About).
      • Tracker ID Software version and build (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs)
      • App build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote

    My Roku is doing the same thing, here are my crash and device details:

    Symptoms: Opening the NFL app (build 91) shows splash screen, then immediately crashes back to Home. Tried reinstalling, rebooting, cache clear combo, and network reset — issue persists.
