My 42 inch Hisense TV program information works fine, my 55-inch Hisense TV doesn't work. I went in the settings on the 42 inch TV and found what ZIP code it was using and then I went into the 55 inch TV and it entered that same zip code into it and at that point everything worked fine on both TVs.
It does seem that it's the zip code that is the problem here.
I recently lost the ability to see the guide for local OTA / antenna channels. This appears to be due to a recent software update. I changed my actual zip code setting to another nearby zip code and the program guide for local channels is working again.
After JVC Roko TV updated last night, I get no local ota channels. I've scanned and reset several times. Before, I had 19 local ota channels.....Sling, Pluto, Paramount+ and other streaming channels are fine, just can't get ota local channels....
Have you tried changing your zip to one that is close to you?
