Re: How to activate the NBC App on my Roku?

Accidently selected AT&T, shoild have been Direct T>V<  how do I change it.

    Greetings and welcome to the Roku Community.

    You can change this option if you wish to activate your NBC channel on Roku by performing a restart install on the channel itself. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Remove the NBC channel by highlighting it from the channel tile, and pressing the star (*) button. Then select the remove option.
    2. Do a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > System Restart.
    3. Add the NBC channel back by searching for it from the "Streaming Store."

    After this, you may now reactivate your channel on Roku.

    • Press Home > select Store > select Channels > select Add Channel

    After doing so, you can subscribe to this channel by following the on-screen instructions.

      To activate your NBC App, you can simply install the app through our channel store or directly from your TV (navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel). After doing so, log in with your credentials and follow the on-screen instructions.
