CNN App Not Staying on All Access Plan

I added CNN All Access (a.k.a. Live Streaming). My issue with the new app is that it switches from All Access ($41.99 yr.) at 0700. Then precisely at 0800, the App returns to the paid subscription CNN Live Streaming.  I've tried the following:

  • Reset the Roku device
  • Updated Roku and CNN app
  • Removed the app and reloaded
  • Reset modem and router

Anyone having the same issue? Any ideas/advice?

    This is the first I have heard of this app, but I googled and found this description: "In general, all of the CNN US newscasts air from morning until night, with a handful of hours replaced by shows from CNN International and CNN Headlines, and with primetime replaying overnight."

    Comparing a schedule I found here with a TV broadcast schedule, it looks like at 7AM, an hour of "CNN News Central" on the cable service is replaced by "CNN Headline Express" on the streaming service.
