I had this issue on my roku ultra 4662x. I went around and around with apple, tried all the before mentioned things. But I could watch Apple TV on my new roku le. Roku le is super basic so I thought it was because my ultra was so old. I bought a brand new roku express 3960rw, and it did not work. I’ve gotten the occasional episode to play if I start it on my phone first, but now it’s not even doing that.
