Random account keeps popping up on Pandora even after deleting app and reinstalling.

I've been having this problem for over a year now. When I open up Pandora on my roku, I see stations that I do not recognize. They are registered to an address at yahoo.com. And they are terrible stations. A confusing mix of death metal and Christian worship music. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but I can't get the name to go away. It's always the same email address. I can't edit the address listed for the app because I would need to have that person's password. Any suggestions regarding how I can fix this problem?

    Hello! Vardaman,

It's great to have you with us in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We're pleased to assist.

    • Is the subscription you have under Roku? or straight to a channel provider?

We'll need to put you in touch with the channel publisher directly for further assistance. Please contact them directly to follow up and let them know what troubleshooting procedures you've previously tried.

    Thanks,

    Arjiemar

    Vardaman-

    Try this:

While on Pandora, go to top of page.

Click in the icon to the right of Browse.

On the page this brings up, click on Sign Out. On the right that should show you the account email under which you are logged in.  Under that click the additional Sign Out and confirm you want to sign out.

Now log back in using your own email address and password as is known to Pandora.
