QVC+HSN+ will not open????

    We understand that the app you're trying to stream will not open. No worries; we're here to help. 

    You may try troubleshooting the app by following the steps below: 

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
    3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

        Welcome to the Roku Community.

        We understand the issue you have encountered with the QVC+ and HSN+ apps, and we acknowledge your efforts in attempting to troubleshoot the issue. For this matter, we would recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly and inquiring further about a workaround or requesting an update to resolve the issue within their app. 

        Most channel providers or Roku designed and maintained their channels on the Roku platform.

        We hope this will be sorted out soon.
