and with the new changeover from HBO Max to Max, it still only offers "providers" or Hbo account holders. This is insane. Paying via Roku each month but never able to watch except on one house tv. They need to fix this glitch. CAN ANYONE AT ROKU HELP????? Otherwise, forced to cancel subscription and go via Amazon, as with everything else.

This is not the experience we want you to have regarding the Max channel being inaccessible and we want to help you with this.
Before we provide you the best resolution, we need to ask you questions first:
- Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing and the steps to reproduce?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
Just a friendly reminder: If you purchase a subscription to a channel through Roku Pay, you will only be able to authenticate and access content on that channel through a Roku device.
