Can not log in to Britbox even with the right login and password. It gives me the runaround and says the username or password is incorrect, which it isn't. Any advice? It is the same as my Roku login which lets me log-in correctly.

We're here to help you and look into this further. May we ask where are you trying to access your subscription, is it on another Roku device or a non-Roku device? Do you receive an error message or code?

How did you subscibe to Britbox?
If you subscribed directly on the Britbox website, install the Britbox channel app to your Roku, and access and log into it there using your Britbix credentials.
If you subscribed thru Roku, access it through The Roku Channel.
