Problem with YouTube Roku TV App

Hi everyone -

I've begun experiencing a problem with my YouTube Roku TV App, in which the main screen displays just the "Back to Top" up arrow icon.  The menus are all available on the left hand side, and all functionality there works (history, subscriptions, etc).  Just no more main or home screen.  My IOS app and internet browser experience are all fine - the problem seems to be limited to the Roku TV app.

I have de-installed and re-installed the TV App twice, have reset the TV entirely back to factory settings.  Nothing makes a difference.

For the life of me, I cannot find any method to contact support on YouTube's site any longer.  Even posting in their support forums has been disabled, hence my post here on Roku.

TV Software version is 12.0, version 4182

YouTube app version is 2.22 v 110005090
