Problem with my Friendly TV subscription ...

Supposed to get a 7-Day free trial for Friendly TV subscription an was charged $9.99 as soon as I hit subscribe. Never got 7-Day free trial. No longer interested. So please refund my $9.99 back to my account.

    RadiateTruth, you need to contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus for any hope of receiving a refund, but if you've ever taken advantage of an offer for a service you can't do it again and you'll be charged immediately, so that may be what happened.

    The same thing is currently happening to me. I cancelled my trial subscription on the day I started it but money was taken anyhow

     I have created several support requests and was actually told that the money had been refunded but it has not been. Does anyone know how to escalate this? It seems like theft.

      I have still not received my refund, after 7 weeks, having been assured I would receive it in 5-7 days. This is appalling. I am now planning to seek legal advice, as this is unacceptable behaviour on the part of Roku.
