Problem with correct language on Amazon Prime
I have had no trouble watching the Norwegian-language series, The Commoner, on my LAPTOP. But when I go to Amazon Prime using my ROKU Ultra, it WILL not run the series with Norwegian-language dialogue (English subtitles, of course). I've tried multiple times to change the language, and when I input "Norwegian," I keep getting Norwegian closed captioned titles and English-dubbed dialog. This makes no sense to me and I have no idea how to fix it.
I've had consistent problems with Amazon Prime & the ROKU when it comes to content that is not in English, but this one takes the cake.
Can anyone help? Please don't tell me to go to Amazon Prime as you can never get a person and the "help topics" are utterly useless!
Various audio languages available for the Commoner when watching on Prime Video on your Roku device. (including the original Norwegian/Norsk).
1. Start playing the episode.
2. Press Pause on your remote. (optional step).
3. Use the Down arrow to bring up overlay and then arrow Right over to "Audio Options" and press OK.
4. Under Audio Options (no matter what language you see there) press OK again. (this should bring up a list of Audio languages). Select the preferred language and press OK again.
5. Press the Back button to quit the options overlay and return to your series.
My apologies. I had NO idea there was "audio options" on that menu. It's ALL FIXED. Thank you so very much!!! Now, I know how to fix this issue when it happens again.
Sorry.
