Primevideo app does not allow change of subtitles language

Hi all,

I have been using Primevideo app to watch movies and TV shows, but I am having trouble changing the subtitles language. No matter what I do, the subtitles remain in the default language. I have tried changing the language settings in the app and on my device, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a solution to this problem? I would appreciate any help or advice on this matter.

    It may be the coding of the file on the Prime servers has a problem.  If you give is the particulars of what you are trying to watch, others can see if they get the same thing.
