  • Please contact Prime Video support and ask them to open a support ticket for this issue. They will ask for your device model and software version. I just did this, as with past issues with the Prime video app, it seems that if multiple people call and open support tickets for the same issue, they wind up fixing it.

  • I have the same issue. started today. Prime app opens but then doesn't fully load and goes back to the home screen. I have restarted multiple times and removed/reinstalled the app. still doesn't work

      I had the same issue. I did a system restart on Roku and tried the app again. This time, it took me to a login screen for Amazon and I had to go through the steps to register the device again. Hope that helps!
