Roku TV shows 'Not connected to the network' and doesn't display Prime Video

Seemed to have lost the app on Roku TV.  When I try to install it, the pop up indicates that I'm not connected to the Network, but my network connection indicates that I have a wired connection.

Can anyone help please?

    We understand that Prime Video seemed to have lost connection on your Roku TV, and it displayed a message that it was not connected to the internet. Can you share more details?

    • Is Prime Video the only app having issues, or are other apps affected as well?
    • What steps have you already tried to fix the issue? 
    • When did the issue first start?
