Prime video and other apps freezes on Roku TV

I did that a couple of weeks ago, spend several hours and 2 phone calls to internet provider to get the internet to work again on that TV, whatever they did fixed the TV but  screwed up the computer internet connection.  This is a westinghouse smart roku TV, maybe 3 years old, my very old insignia doesn't ever screw up.  It has a roku devise plugged in.  I will not get another roku TV, will get one that takes other devises as this is the 2nd on that screwed up, the first one was returned immediately on warranty and it was an Element.

My westinghouse is doing it again, it either blips back or freezes on Prime video and won't load 2 apps as of today - so far.  I so do not have another 4 hours to waste making it work.

I am having a similar issue. We purchased 6 Westinghouse Roku TVs, and the first one we have tested to use with Optisigns allow us to pair the TV, but then when we try to open the Optisigns app after reboot, it will open for a second and then close. We tried factory reset, and deleting/reinstalling the app, and it did not work. We tried going with wired ethernet instead of wifi, and it also repeated the same behavior. Please advise.
