Prime App gone from home page

I have a prime app installed in Roku but it is not showing up on my home page

    If the Prime Video app is missing from your Home screen, try moving it back using these steps:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    2. Highlight the app you want to move
    3. Press the Star * button to open the Options menu
    4. Select Move app
    5. Use the directional pad to move it where you want, then press OK

    If you don’t see Prime Video at all or this doesn’t work, let us know! Feel free to share any extra details so we can take a closer look.

      I can get to the Prime app by going to "Add App" but I can't move or remove it as it is not on my home page like other apps. It just diappeared from my Home page after watching a show last week

        Try following the advice provided by makaiguy in this thread where you use the mobile app to delete the app and then add it back to your device using the channel store on the device itself. (This is a known bug and is still affecting some channels and some devices).

        If part of the original bug, the channel/app is actually there, but is just invisible.  Generally you can search for the app and the only option is to "open app".  If the above method does not work using the mobile app method, report back and will provide an alternate method using the Roku remote that should make it visible again.
