Prime App gone from home page

I have a prime app installed in Roku but it is not showing up on my home page

    If the Prime Video app is missing from your Home screen, try moving it back using these steps:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
    2. Highlight the app you want to move
    3. Press the Star * button to open the Options menu
    4. Select Move app
    5. Use the directional pad to move it where you want, then press OK

    If you don’t see Prime Video at all or this doesn’t work, let us know! Feel free to share any extra details so we can take a closer look.

      I can get to the Prime app by going to "Add App" but I can't move or remove it as it is not on my home page like other apps. It just diappeared from my Home page after watching a show last week

        It looks like the Prime app is still missing from your home screen, even after adding it. Let’s try this: Go to Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart. Once your TV returns to the home screen, find the app and follow the steps mentioned earlier in this thread.
