We can understand your concern that Starz through The Roku Channel keeps on appearing on your Roku device even after removing the channel. We'd like to take a closer look to see if there's anything else we can suggest to help.
Just to verify, how many Roku devices do you have linked to your Roku account? You can check the list of devices by signing in at my.roku.com and you may need to scroll down and locate the device under My linked devices
Please be aware that if a channel is added to one Roku device, it will add that channel to all Roku devices that are linked to that Roku account (as long as that Roku device is supported by the channel).
We also suggest creating a Roku PIN that allows you to control what can be purchased and what channels can be added to your Roku streaming device.
