Premium channels thru Roku Channel

I recently tried some premium channels using the low cost monthly subscription offering. All the channels showed up on the home screen as separate buttons, which was nice. But after unsubscribing from the channels, they did not go away from the home screen, which was annoying. I also had to remove them from each of my devices, instead of just one like other apps, which is even more annoying. Now the latest problem is the Starz channel through Roku button keeps coming back even though I am no longer subscribed. Any idea how to fix this so it quits showing up? Also please fix it so when the channels are removed from one device, they are removed from all.
