Power issues with Roku Streambar

I don’t have power to my mother’s Streambar. No lights, reset button doesn’t work etc 
I have pugged the unit into multiple outlets. I used the power cord from our other functioning Streambar and nothing works so far. 
Please advise if anyone else has had and solved this issue.
