We'd like to take a closer look into this issue. Also, thank you, @makaiguy, for your support.
Please provide us with the following:
- Roku device model, and device ID. (can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID OS version and build (press Home5x and Back5x)
- Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote
