Playback error roku channel

I am not able to play the spiderwick chronicles or Maid Marion on the roku channel. I am located in the US and have tried rebooting, Uninstalling, clearing cache, and rebooting wifi. I still am not able to watch these shows without getting a playback error. Please help me out.

    Do you have a US-based Roku account or did you maybe move here from somewhere else?  Are you using a VPN which will mess things up?
