Play Movies Purchased FROM Roku Using a Web Browser?

I purchased a movie FROM Roku about 5 years ago. It's still listed under "Purchase history & invoices". However, when I click on the movie title I get the following message:

The website experienced an unexpected problem

There was an unexpected error in the website. The current page will not load. Close and re-open your browser, navigate back to the website, and try repeating your last actions. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Can you even play this movie using a web browser or can it only be viewed using the Roku device? And is it possible to "contact [their] support team? If so, how?

Thanks!
