Picture settings tv will not change picture size.

I cannot change the picture settings with remote control, the tv won’t change the size of the picture.

    Does the issue occur only on a specific channel or on all channels installed on your Roku device? Could you please reply here with a photo of the problem you are experiencing? We will be able to assist you further from there.
