Picture quality is dark on all streaming channels
Disney, Netflix, Prime, and Max all have color issues and are really dark. Cable is fine but streaming channels are bad

On many TVs, the picture settings are saved for each input separately. Try adjusting the picture using your TV's controls when watching the the input to which your Roku is connected.
