Still having this issue with my Roku Ultra. Guess it's time to throw it out.

We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're having. May we know what the make and model of your Sharp TV are? Can you please tell us when the Sharp TV was manufactured? Have you tried to update the Roku device by going to settings, system, system update, and check now? Let's try to see if that will be able to fix the issue that you're seeing.
