Photo Stream's availability in Canada

I've got Roku accounts in both the US and Canada. When I log in using my US-located account, I can find the PhotoStreams app and use it as my screensaver. When I log in using my Canada location, PhotoStreams is no longer available, and can't be found in the search. 

Is there a reason this app isn't available, and can that be fixed? Now that Google PhotoView is non-functional, I'm looking for a screensaver that will work with my Google albums.

    I understand you have an issue with the photostreams not showing up on the other account. Head's up! As reviewed, the Photo stream is not available on accounts based in Canada; it can only be accessed on accounts associated with the US.
