My ROKU Stream Bar Pro will not show my uploaded photos in the screensaver. All it shows are two generic photos of a Forrest and a beach.
I have followed 100% proper procedures to set up screensaver. When I am in the photo streams app with the screensaver loaded and press “preview (current screensaver)”, it shows the forest and beach scenes instead of my photos.
I have tried to contact ROKU by phone to no avail. “Call cannot be completed as dialed”.
Others have indicated that ROKU support is able to fix this problem on their end. So how do I speak to a live ROKU person?
I'm having the exact same problem. I've followed all the steps, I've made sure there are no updates, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the channel and restarted the system multiple times but all I get is the photo streams setup page and the 2 generic beach and forest photos. I'm beyond frustrated.
I had to go into photo stream on my phone and delete my photos and re add them and it is working at the moment but who knows how long it will last

Just to confirm, as you mentioned that you already tried to restart your Roku device. Have you restarted via the system menu by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart? What Roku model device are you using? When did this issue first start occurring?
