Photo Stream app is missing on the home screen

I have a Hisense R6+ and it has Roku built in.  I used to use the photoview app as a screen saver to cycle through my pictures, but it now no longer works.  I would like to now use photo stream, but I can't find it in the apps. Is it because it is not supported on the built in Roku?
