Any update on a fix?

You're not the only one with this problem. Tried chatting with a Roku representative & he was determined it was a software problem. Yeah, Roku's. My other Roku units in the house do the same thing. Frustrating, if Roku can't or won't fix it, take the app off Roku!

Hi Airnsun and Kozmokosco,
We seem to have limited information to provide an accurate resolution. Would you mind elaborating on this issue? Are there any error messages? Also, a video clip would really help us in understanding this concern better.
We'll appreciate your response regarding this matter.
Best regards,

Thanks for letting us know, Gary9.
May we know if the Rumble app was the only streaming channel not working on your Roku device? Are you seeing any error messages when accessing the channel? If it's a playback issue, you can check for possible troubleshooting steps in this article on how to resolve a channel playback issue.
Please keep us informed.

Yes

Yes, the Rumble channel is the only one affected. Any and all subscriptions are mixed up & out of date & unorganized. It is not us, it's Roku's programming!

We apologize for the inconvenience, Intuition412 and Gary9.
May we know if your subscription with the Rumble app was through Roku or was directly from the channel? If it's the latter, it may be best to raise this one with the channel provider as they may be able to help with their channel functionality.
Let us know if you need further clarification.
Thanks,
Janadee
