Philo downloads but won’t play
Our Roku box will not play our Philo channel. We have uninstalled it and restarted both Roku box and tv and nothing. We can add channel but not play

What model Roku player do you have? Look at the Settings/System/About menu, and you will find the model number. Without knowing the model, we can't determine if Philo supports it. I just checked their website, and they only support the most current players that have version 11.0 or newer Roku OS.

In addition to atc98092, you can also check here to see if your Roku device is still supported by the latest software version, as the device needs to be on the supported software version to run apps like Philo.
