Pevac app crashes when loading

Every time I open the Pevac app it starts to load and then crashes and returns me to the Home Screen

  • Hello! Repartist,

    We appreciate your post,

Thank you for reaching out to us about the issue with the Pevac app crashing. We are happy to assist you.

    • What Roku device are you using right now?
    • Is this the first time you have experienced this issue?
    • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel?

We recommend performing the below steps and see if you can resolve the issue:

    1.  Remove the channel from the Roku device
    2.  Power cycle the Roku device, by disconnecting it from the power cable and reconnecting the device back to the power
    3.  Re-add the channel back to the Roku device

Please note that a subscription via Roku may not be removed until its end date.

    Thanks,
    Arjiemar

There’s no option to remove the app. It’s a subscription

        Hi Repartist,

Thanks for responding to the Roku Community!

An active subscription through Roku will not allow you to remove the app from the Roku on-screen interface. The best you can do is cancel the future payment using "manage subscription." Your active subscription will continue until it expires. At that time, you can remove the channel.

To cancel your subscription, you can visit our support page on how to cancel a subscription.

        We hope it helps.

        Warm regards,
        Bernie
