Peacock missing from Roku Express+ 3910X?

I have a Roku Express+ 3910X and for some reason, Peacock is not showing on my home screen and nothing comes up when I search it in the channel store.

I confirmed on Peacock's website that this should be available on any device 3900 or later, and I confirmed on the Roku web store that the channel is added to my account.

Has anyone experienced this?

    Where are you located?  How did you add it in the first place?
