Peacock channel keeps crashing on my Roku tv. Frustrating.

I had to factory reset my Hisense Roku TV and then Peacock loaded with no problem where as prior to that it crashed as soon as it loaded into the home page

    We're sorry to hear about your issue with Peacock. We're happy to help.

    • Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is it isolated to one content or channel?
    • Are you getting error messages or error codes while playing content?

    In the meantime, please remove the Peacock channel, restart your Roku TV, and add the channel back.

    Let's see if it fixes the issue.
