Pbs kids app crashing on roku tv

    Thanks for sharing your concern about the PBS Kids channel with us. No worries; we are here to assist you with this.

    It is recommended to Remove, Restart, and Re-install the channel if you experience this with only a specific channel. For detailed troubleshooting, you can visit our support page to learn how to resolve a channel playback issue. 

    Furthermore, suppose the troubleshooting steps do not work. In that case, we highly suggest you contact the PBS Kids channel directly regarding this concern. The channel providers create, maintain, and update many channels/apps on Roku. You can contact them here: PBS Help: Support.

Same thing is happening to me!

I've emailed pbs kids today hopefully we will get this resolved as this is a channel we used daily

Same thing is happening to me. We just switched from Firestick to Roku stick and cannot get PBS kids to work. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, used mobile hospit, restarted the streaming stick. Nothing works.

    Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community regarding the issue you've encountered with the PBS Kids App.

    We would be more than happy to look into this issue and we'll need more information. Can you please provide us with the following information:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
    • Does this issue occur specifically on the PBS Kids channel? If so, what version/build is the channel? (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
    • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
    • A photo or video clip referring to the issue,

    Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further. We hope to hear back from you.
