Nimfa or anyone at Roku,
Is there any fix to the original problem that Ortaldo wrote about in this post?....
"Hello I subscribed to Paramount+ with Showtime bundle but when I click on the Yellow Jackets show it is tying to get me to subscribe for a year. Any ideas?"

"Yeah I signed up for the Paramount+ plus Showtime bundle this evening and Showtime does not work at all. All of the Showtime videos have a lock image on the bottom right of the screen. When I click it, it asks me to upgrade my bundle to the service that I already have!"
When I log into Paramount+ on my iPhone or any other non-Roku TV, it actually works and I can watch the Showtime movies.....Just not on my Roku TV's.

We understand that you are facing an issue when accessing a Showtime subscription to your Roku TV. We're sorry if you are having these difficulties.
Could you please verify if the issue you are running into is when you're accessing the content of Showtime standalone or through The Roku Channel?
Please be noted that existing subscriptions from the Standalone channel or directly from the publisher cannot be used to view premium content through The Roku Channel.
If the issue you are experiencing is directly from the Showtime standalone or directly from the publisher, it's best to reach out directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel login. Please be noted that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication and many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I am a different person, but having the same problem. This happens when I am trying to access the Showtime Contant on the Paramount plus channel from my Roku.
It tries to force me to sign up for the bundle again, and I can’t do anything else.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Showtime content on the Paramount+ channel from your Roku device. It sounds like you may be experiencing a technical issue with the app.
One possible solution is to try logging out of both the Paramount+ and Showtime apps on your Roku, and then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.
You could also try to completely uninstall the Paramount+ channel and then reinstall it. We suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

I, too, am a subscriber of Paramount+ with Showtime that is billed through my Roku and have the locks on all of the Showtime movies and shows. It asks me to upgrade to the yearly plan when the monthly plan is enough. I am able to watch Showtime stuff on the Paramount app on my phone and Xbox. I only seem to have this issue with My Roku. I've restarted the Roku several times, made sure everything is on the most current t update, etc. Nothing is working. How do you fix being able to watch Showtime when you've already purchased it?
