Paramount Plus won’t load

Nothing works. Can't remove channel.

    Firstly, we sincerely apologize for any trouble and inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured that we will find you the best resolution possible.

    May we first know if error messages/codes are prompted on your screen when you try to access the Paramount Plus channel? If so, please specify. Also, does the issue only occur in this specific app? If not, please specify the affected apps.

    Additionally, if you can't remove the app, it may be possible that you have an active subscription with it. It's best to cancel the subscription first so we can remove it to troubleshoot your Roku streaming device. We also need to make sure that the process of removing the app, performing a system reboot, and reinstalling the app has been done precisely to work. 

    The best course of action will be suggested once we better understand the situation. We'll be anticipating your response!
