Paramount plus viewing issues

I have not been able to view my Paramount plus channel since the 11th August. Instead of taking me to the profile selection page as usual it takes me to the "Get started" page. When I click on get started it says " Account Exists, it looks like you have already subscribed to Paramount+ on this Roku Device. Please sign in." When I sign out and sign in it sends me back to the "Get Started" page yet again and continues in that loop.

What exactly is going on? I have a live subscription so I know that's not the problem. I've tried the usual trouble shooting moves of restarting, uninstalling and reinstall as well as disconnecting and reconnecting of the internet connection and nothing has fixed the issue so far

    How did you subscribe to Paramount Plus?   Through Roku?  Directly with Paramount Plus?  Through some other third party (Amazon, Hulu, etc.)?

    Where on the Roku are you trying to access Paramount Plus?   In the discrete Parmount Plus channel app?   Through The Roku Channel?
