Paramount Plus and Max Apps Captions Won't Stay on English

Has anyone else had this problem with the captions changing from English to what looks like Chinese on paramount plus and Max apps? it started a couple weeks ago and when I press the star key to check the language it still says English, but the captions are not in English anymore. I tried restarting my TV and I tried checking for updates and nothing fixes it. It just spontaneously changes from one episode in English And then suddenly changes to what looks like Chinese. I don’t know what language it is some Asian type language. Then I noticed that there are two choices for English so I just change from one English to the other English and it changes back to English. For one episode. And then it changes back to the other language. It’s really weird and very annoying.

    Are you trying to access the standalone version of each app or the version of it on The Roku Channel? Also, is this affecting all of the contents inside the app or only on a specific one? 

    Please tell us more so we can dig deeper!
