Paramount+ not opening on one of my Roku devices

Paramount+ will not open. I recently resubscribed to the app. It works just fine on one of my Roku devices but not the other. I have followed all the steps posted as solutions in previous threads. However, when I try to uninstall the app my Roku device doesn't list that as an option when I press the * key. What gives Roku??

    I understand that you've experienced an issue with the Paramount+ app, and I'm here to assist you.

    Let's try updating the app to see improvements. To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Highlight the app you want to update.
    2. Next, press the Star (*) button on your remote and select Check for updates.
    3. Finally, wait for your app to update and select OK.

    Once performed, you can access the app again and check for improvements.
