Paramount+ keep blacking out every time it’s opened

What’s the problem with Paramount + issues started yesterday in the middle of watching Seal Team it just went black and the app turned off. My subscription is valid and up to date. Every time I click on the app on my Roku tv Paramount home page opens then blacks out and automatically goes back to Roku home page. It’s been 2 days and the same thing. It’s getting quite frustrating

    Have you tried a "System restart" from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate)?  You can also try removing the app, performing the "System restart", and adding the app again.
