Paramount+ freezes when trying to load

Roku is freezing when trying to load Paramount Plus. All other apps working

    If you're subscribed directly to Paramount Plus, it would be best to contact the app provider directly for further help.

I am having a similar issue. When trying to access paramount + I get a "Sorry, Paramount + is not available in this region."
I have performed a system reset and cleared the cache as instructed by other posts. 

this issue is not resolved. 

Please advise.

        Are you using a VPN on your internet connection, by any chance? In the meantime, could you please try connecting to a mobile hotspot (if available) and see if the issue persists?
