Paramount App Won’t Open - Goes Back to Home Screen

    We want to clarify if this is the only app with issues or if others are affected. 

    Also, please update the app. Then, open the Paramount+ app and check if the issue still persists. Follow the steps below: 

    1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
    2. Use the directional pad to select the app that is not loading and press the Star button to open the Settings menu
    3. Select Check for Updates
    4. Once the app is finished updating, try opening it again.

It looks like you have an issue with the Paramount+ app kicking back to the homescreen when launched. Thank you for providing the details and for trying all the necessary steps to fix it.

Could you share with us what error message you see on the screen when you launch the app before going back to the home screen? If you can provide a photo of the error message, that would be a great help.

There is no error message. 

I click on the app. The screen flashes and then it goes back to the Home Screen. The flash isn’t even long enough to see if it’s flashing to something else. It’s just like a flash and then the Home Screen is back.
