Paramount App will not rewind

Any attempt to rewind on a program aborts the app. Restarting the app only returns the program to the place where the rewind attempt began. This problem occurs no matter the rewind method. It happens...

    We appreciate you reporting about the features of the Paramount Plus app not working. No worries! We're here to further assist you with this.

    Can you please confirm if this is happening inside the standalone Paramount Plus app? If so, it will be highly effective to directly raise this concern to the channel provider themselves, which in this case, Paramount Plus' Customer Support as this is a feature issue inside their app. 

    We hope you get everything sorted out soon and appreciate you bearing with us in the meantime.

Same here. Roku express 3930X 12.5.5 Build 4171-AE

Aborts play and returns to P+ episode controls - I can only resume play or restart from the beginning to FF to where I want to go.

      What a bull**bleep** answer.  You sell the app and collect your fee and have zero quality control and could care less.  Roku is a thief and liar!

        Roku doesn't "sell" the app (because it's free) or collect a fee. That's all on Paramount. Roku has no control over the functionality of 3rd party channels offered in their channel store. If they meet the terms of service requirements, they allow the channel to be offered. But Roku themselves does not offer the channel or the service involved.

      If it's a Paramount + issue, why does rewind work on my TCL Roku tv but not on Roku Express?

        The TV and the player don't have exactly the same operating systems. That means it's possible that the app isn't exactly the same on the two devices.
