Paramount+ app will not load on 50" Roku TV

This is happening everytime I try and launch the Paramount+ app. It goes to the blue Paramount+ screen for about 1-2 seconds then goes to a black screen for another 1-2 seconds and then goes back to ...

    Try unplugging the TV for 60 seconds.

I have:

Deleted the app

Restarted Roku through settings

Reinstalled app

Still will not load

To help us investigate, please provide the following info below.

  • Roku device model, Device ID, and Serial Number ( It can be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
  • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
